We enjoyed the double room which was new-fashioned in good condition. The hotel has perfect and amazing location not far from the arrival and departure areas of both airlines. Venustiano Carranza district was worth exploring: D

Hi, we used the room for the night, since our flight left so early. In general it was good, I think expensive for what it is, but acceptable to be inside the airport. cons: to get the bags down is the same as if you were going to enter the airport to take the plane, there is no easy parking option to access, I felt it very to the race and one feels pressured, the favorable thing is that the guys at the airport help you with the bags and take them to the hotel ( obviously you have to tip them). What we didn't see was a proper sign of where the entrance to the hotel was, my husband who was leaving the rental car and who arrived later had a hard time finding the entrance. The bathroom is normal.
arrival by car and unloading of the luggage is very quick, since there is no conventional parking.

Had a comfortable stay for one night at the end of a work trip. the restaurant inside the lobby was excellent; we both ordered healthy dishes. - A microwave oven, coffee/tea makers, and a refrigerator were a huge plus.

the staff are very helpful and polite
house keeping was a bit slack. We went out and arrived back room on 2nd day at 7.30pm and the room was not yet made! we called house keeping to make the room and went out for dinner. When we got back, there was no replacement of tea/milk set nor stationary and the contact lens solution on the sink disappeared. We tried to launch a complaint but the staff in general could not understand English very well and we were not able to recover the contact lens solution, which was very inconvenient because we could not get the same brand in a foreign country. We did not know whether the cleaning lady took it or threw it away by mistake. In either case, it was intolerable.

It's a normal hotel. It's neither good nor that bad, but it's good for one night. The bed was super comfortable.
For someone who has never been to the airport it is difficult to know the real location on the Internet. I arrived at 1am in Terminal 2 with 2 babies and lots of luggage and hotel was not there. Many hotels have a mini reception in that terminal and they take you to your hotel for free but in the case of the Hilton there was no one to pay for a taxi to take me to the hotel in terminal 1. It was super uncomfortable because I chose that hotel because of the location. it all depends on which terminal your flight arrives at. There were many other hotels with reception offices in terminal 2 and they were attending so if I had to go back to Mexico City I would choose another hotel.

The location of this hotel was superb, right next to the international check-in area, and I loved staying in the queen room equipped with useful amenities like a cell phone and a desk chair for working on the computer.

It is well located in Terminal 1 (close to check in for KLM, Lufthansa etc.). They offer free wifi and the bed was huge.

Very comfortable bed. Free Wifi + coffee/the in room ( unlike the nh hotel in Terminal 2 ). Convenient location at terminal 1. Do require a room facing the ' garden ' if you do not want to feel trapped in a box.
The hotel does not offer rooms with an outside view. This means no ' natural light'. Hence you may feel a bit claustrophobic. If you have enough time to afford to go to a hotel outside of the hotel, I really recommend it to you. Price will be cheaper

40 minutes from the time I woke up to the time I was at my flight gate. No taxi or driving at all.
